Mike Weddington, CEO & Founder
Mike Weddington founded MWCG Ministry with a vision to help individuals, families, churches, and organizations apply biblical principles to everyday life. Drawing on decades of experience in executive leadership, professional athletics, and ministry, he provides the strategic leadership that guides the organization's mission and long-term vision.
As President of the Board, Mike works alongside fellow board members to ensure the ministry remains faithful to its biblical foundation while expanding its impact through leadership development, family strengthening, educational workshops, and community outreach. His passion is to equip others with practical tools that inspire spiritual growth, servant leadership, and lasting transformation.
Mike believes that true success is measured not by personal accomplishments, but by investing in people and helping them discover God's purpose for their lives. Through MWCG Ministry, he is committed to building stronger families, developing Christ-centered leaders, and leaving a legacy that honors God for generations to come.
Pastor Eric Pope is a ministry leader, community engagement strategist, and former University of Oklahoma football team captain who was part of the 1985 National Championship team. Drawing from more than 30 years of ministry and leadership experience, he brings a passion for helping individuals, families, churches, and communities discover purpose, strengthen faith,
and build practical pathways for growth.
As Pastor and Founder of Life Restoration Center in Oklahoma City for 15 years, Eric has led ministry, outreach, mentoring, workforce readiness, leadership development, and community-focused initiatives serving youth, families, and underserved populations. His professional background also includes more than 20 years of operations, team leadership, process
improvement, and workforce development across corporate, public-sector, and nonprofit environments. He is also a Michael Dell Award winner for Leadership and Dedication recognized for leadership excellence, service, and community involvement.
Eric believes lasting transformation happens when faith, purpose, preparation, and action come together. He is honored to support MWCG Ministry’s mission of equipping people with biblical principles, practical tools, mentorship, and leadership strategies that strengthen families, churches, and communities for generations to come.

Sherdeill H. Breathett, Sr. , Board Member
Sherdeill H. Breathett, Sr. has dedicated his life to serving others through leadership, ministry, mentorship, and community development. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Journalism, he has built a distinguished career spanning the public, private, and faith sectors.
For more than two decades, Sherdeill served as an Economic Developer for Sedgwick County, Kansas, helping strengthen communities through strategic planning and economic growth. Alongside his public service, he faithfully served in ministry for nearly 30 years as an ordained minister, youth pastor, and senior pastor, equipping individuals and families through biblical teaching and spiritual leadership.
Sherdeill has a longstanding passion for mentoring the next generation and developing servant leaders. He spent 40 years speaking for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and co-founded Real Men, Real Heroes, a mentoring organization dedicated to empowering young men through faith, leadership, and accountability. His commitment to serving others also led to his appointment to the Kansas African American Affairs Commission by Governor Sam Brownback.
As a member of the MWCG Ministry Board of Directors, Sherdeill provides valuable insight in leadership development, community engagement, and spiritual growth. His heart for mentorship and passion for helping others align closely with the ministry's mission of equipping leaders, strengthening families, and transforming communities through biblical principles.
Sherdeill resides in Kechi, Kansas, and considers his greatest blessing to be his family. He is the proud father of five children and grandfather of twelve grandchildren.
Sherri Coffey, Board Member
Sherri Coffey is a resident of Norman, Oklahoma, a devoted mother of three, and proud grandmother of six. For more than 30 years, she has faithfully served the Lord Jesus Christ through prophetic intercession and ministry.
In this season of her life, Sherri is called to the ministry of deliverance, helping individuals experience spiritual freedom, healing, and restoration through the power of God's Word and the work of the Holy Spirit. Her heart is to see people walk in the fullness of God's purpose, finding freedom in every area of their lives through soul restoration, spiritual renewal, and biblical truth.
As a member of the MWCG Ministry Board of Directors, Sherri brings decades of faithful ministry experience, spiritual discernment, and a deep commitment to advancing the mission of equipping individuals, strengthening families, and helping communities grow through Christ-centered leadership and biblical principles.
