Drawing from more than 45 years of executive leadership experience, combined with biblical principles and personal stories from his own family, Mike introduces practical tools that help participants establish meaningful individual and family goals while creating an environment where every family member can thrive. Participants discover how intentional planning builds trust, develops stronger communication, encourages accountability, and creates a culture where dreams are supported instead of forgotten.

A central part of the workshop is learning how to create a Family Business Plan, a practical roadmap that helps families identify shared values, establish long-term goals, and regularly evaluate their progress together. Mike explains why writing goals down is only the beginning. Lasting success comes from developing action steps, measuring progress, celebrating victories, and learning from setbacks as a family.

The workshop also introduces one of Mike's most practical leadership concepts, building a Personal Board of Directors.
