Drawing from more than 45 years of executive leadership, professional athletics, and personal experience, Mike Weddington demonstrates that lasting success is not built on talent alone. It is built on character, discipline, perseverance, and a commitment to biblical principles. Participants are encouraged to honestly evaluate where they are today, identify the skills they need to develop, and create a clear vision for where God is leading them. Rather than waiting for opportunities to appear, they learn how to intentionally prepare for them.

Emerging topics such as Artificial Intelligence are discussed to help participants prepare for an ever-changing world while remaining grounded in biblical truth.
