You've Fallen and You Can Get Up!
THREE SUPERWOMAN OF THE BIBLE
Your Setback Is Not the End of Your Story
"And Ruth the Moabite said to Naomi, 'Let me go to the field and glean among the ears of grain after him in whose sight I shall find favor.'"
Biblical Foundation: Ruth 2:2
Everyone experiences seasons of disappointment. Dreams are delayed. Plans change. Mistakes are made. Unexpected hardships leave many people questioning whether they can ever move forward again. Too often, people believe their failures define who they are or determine what their future will become.
This workshop offers a different message.
Drawing from the inspiring story of Ruth, Mike Weddington reminds participants that God is able to redeem every season of life. Ruth's story began with uncertainty and loss, but through faith, humility, hard work, and obedience, God transformed her future in ways she could never have imagined. Her journey reminds us that our greatest setbacks can become the beginning of God's greatest blessings.
Throughout this workshop, Mike combines biblical teaching with practical leadership principles to help participants move beyond disappointment and begin building a new vision for their future. Rather than dwelling on past failures, attendees learn how to identify meaningful goals, develop a realistic step-by-step plan, and commit themselves to consistent action. Mike shares practical strategies for overcoming fear, avoiding "dream robbers," and creating daily habits that support long-term growth and success.
Participants are also challenged to examine the power of their words, the importance of personal responsibility, and the role that mentors and accountability play in achieving lasting change. Through Ruth's relationship with Naomi and Boaz, the workshop explores how godly relationships, wise counsel, and faithful obedience often become the pathway to God's provision and purpose.
This is more than a message about overcoming failure. It is a practical guide for rebuilding confidence, renewing hope, and creating a future that honors God. Whether someone feels stuck, discouraged, or uncertain about their next step, this workshop equips them with biblical principles and practical tools to move forward with renewed faith and purpose.
